Researchers suspect health benefits

Many researchers believe that electronic cigarettes are much safer than tobacco cigarettes. There are even such researchers who say that the benefits of switching to e-cigarettes are almost identical to those of quit smoking altogether.

99% of smoking problems have nothing to do with nicotine but with burning. Burning tobacco causes thousands of chemicals, dozens of carcinogens and tar. Electronic cigarettes do not burn tobacco. They vaporize a liquid called e-liquid or e-juice that contains nicotine. All ingredients in e-liquid are known, while the question of which chemicals are exactly in the cigarette smoke is not 100% clear. A number of studies suggest that e-cigarettes are less harmful than ordinary cigarettes can be found here.

Side effects

Propylene glycol (PG) is normally safe. In electronic cigarettes, however, it can lead to a dry throat and sore throat. There are also a small number of people allergic to PG.

Sometimes the effects of allergy are confused with the effects of smoking cessation. Side effects of smoking cessation may include, for example, mouth ulcers, cough, chest pain, breathing problems, and mood swings. If you have any concerns, ask your doctor. If you know that you are a PG allergic, we also have a selection of 70% VG (vegetable glycerol) e-liquids with lower PG content.

How much can I save if I switch to electronic cigarettes?

A smoker who smokes a pack of cigarettes a day can save over 1500 dollars a year. How much you save depends of course on how much money you currently spend on cigarettes and how much money you will invest in your electronic cigarette, which  e-cigarette  you choose, how you use it, e.g. long or short trains, which E-Liquid you buy, etc. In principle, however, you will notice significant savings in the long run.

Is it possible to stop smoking with e-cigarettes?

E-cigarettes are not an official smoking cessation method medically, but there are a number of studies that say smokers have quit smoking or at least have switched to another type of nicotine use. In a 6-month study, experts found that 55% of participating smokers managed to reduce their tobacco consumption or completely abandon the use of tobacco cigarettes. Experts found that e-cigarettes are nearly twice as effective at stopping smoking as other nicotine substitutes. An informal South African study found that 45% of doctors who used an electronic cigarette stopped smoking.

The ability to use e-cigarettes in more places

Right now, e-cigarettes can be used legally in most public places, indoors and out. Some restaurants prohibit e-cigarettes. But this is the decision of the restaurant, no statutory requirement. Most airlines ban e-cigarettes.
